Our Story

It all began in 2001 when founder Rajesh Khanna discovered a centuries-old weaving technique in a small village near Jaipur. What started as fascination became a mission to preserve traditional artistry while making it relevant for today's interiors.

From our humble beginnings with just five artisan families, RugSpace has grown to support over 200 skilled craftspeople across Rajasthan, Kashmir, and West Bengal. Each rug tells a story of dedication, where ancient techniques meet contemporary design sensibilities.
